At Etched in Glass, we use a personal approach to every order. Come and visit our store, walk around the
showroom of over 1200 different items and choose the best for your occasion. We're always here to help with
any questions or suggestions. We sit down with each customer and custom
design the etching with you so you always
get the perfect design for every occasion. Don't worry if you're short on ideas,
we'll help you choose the appropriate
sayings, graphics and typestyles.

We will then
email or fax any designs and proofs for you to take a look and guarantee accuracy. You can mail photographs and
signatures in as well. Do not fax or email logos or signatures, they'll be too blurry.
Since everything we do is personal, it would be very difficult to order online. But we're always here to help over the phone, email or fax.
We ship via UPS guaranteed, a minimum charge of $9.00. Packing only for shipping is available for $2.50.
Most orders take one week to complete, large quantities may require extra time.
Corporate Orders and Invoicing
We have an amazing selection of items for corporate gifts, retirements,
and employee recognition.
Invoicing is available to any company or organization after the
order is complete upon request. Tax exempt organizations must complete a PA sales tax
NOT federal tax exemption certificate
for us to retain on file. Federal tax exemption does
not automatically carry over to PA Sales Tax.
Payment Options
We prefer a half-down payment upon ordering (unless invoicing.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
cash and checks.
Full payment is required before shipping. There is a $15 minimum for credit card transactions.
Volume Discounts
Must be 12 or more of same item, but etching can be different on each.

Rush Service
Normal turnaround is 5-7 days for 50 or fewer items provided they are in stock. We will charge a rush fee for short turnaround
or may not be able to provide rush service, please call for details.
